St. Paul AME Church: Annual Homecoming & Revival Services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the church, 5731 Moro Bay Highway, El Dorado. Guest pastor will be Presiding Elder the Rev. Batts Chapel Baptist Church: Homecoming & Revival will be held Sunday through Wednesday beginning at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the church, 4118 Huttig Highway, Huttig. The Rev. Nathan Loyd is pastor and the Rev. Ivy Daniels, Jr. is associate pastor. Special guest will be the Rev. Anthony Traylor and New Eastside Baptist Church of El Dorado. New Providence Missionary Baptist Church: Annual Homecoming and Revival Service will be held during morning service Sunday at the church, 2931 Smackover Highway. Homecoming Hour Guest will be Bishop Dr. George Calloway, Jr. and St. James Baptist Church.

New Hope Baptist Church of Mt. Holly: Annual Homecoming service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the church. Revival Services will be held Monday through Wednesday at 7 p.m. nightly. Guest speaker for Monday will be the Rev. First Baptist Church: Family Crusade with 2Talk42 Ministries will be held Sunday through Wednesday at the church, 554 S. Concord Ave., Strong, beginning at 6 p.m. Sunday and at 7 p.m. nightly Monday-Wednesday. Featuring ventriloqu­ism, puppetry and drama.

New Providence Baptist Church of Norphlet: Will celebrate their Annual Homecoming at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the church. Bishop Dr. George Calloway and St. James Baptist Church of El Dorado will be their special guests. Lunch will be served at 1:30 p.m. Annual Revival Services will be held Monday through Thursday at 7 p.m. nightly. Guest speaker for Monday will be the Rev. Lonnell Moore and New Mt. Hebron Baptist Church of Camden; Tuesday will be the Rev. Dr. Jacob H. Haynes Jr. and Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church of Camden; Wednesday will be the Rev. Gregg Williams of New Hopewell Baptist Church of Bernice, Louisiana. Guest choir will be New Hopwell Baptist Church of Bernice, Louisiana. Revival services will be held Monday through Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. nightly at the church. Evangelist of the week will be the Rev. Doug Marsh of New Mt. Union Baptist Church of Junction City.

Triumph Church of God in Christ: Summer Revival services to be held Monday through Wednesday at 6:45 p.m. nightly at the church, 821 Union St., El Dorado. Theme is, “Equipped to Do Battle” based on Ephesians 6:10-12. The guest evangelist on Monday will be Minister Earlene Burns of El Dorado. She is a licensed, ordained minister of the gospel and a much sought after speaker for church groups, women and mission groups, and conference­s. The guest evangelist for Tuesday will be Evangelist Ruby Waller of Lillie, Louisiana. She is a licensed minister of the gospel, a gifted singer and an associate minister of Helps Inspiratio­n Ministry in Farmervill­e, Louisiana. Both ministers will tag team on Wednesday. The public is invited to come and be a part of these revival services.

Christ Missionary Baptist Church: Revival services to be held Wednesday through Friday at 7 p.m. nightly at the church, 1628 E. Cook St. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Felton Burgie of Morning Star Baptist Church #2 of El Dorado. Wednesday night the guest church will be St. Luke Baptist Church and the Rev. Williams, pastor. Thursday night guests will be Shady Grove Church with the Rev. Jimmy Miller and congregati­on. Friday night will be Morning Star Baptist Church #2 with Pastor Burgie and congregati­on in charge. Theme is, “Empowering Men to get the job done”. Everyone is invited to attend.

The church will host their Annual Men’s Day Program at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 12 at the church with the Rev. Nathan Loyd of Batts Chapel of Strong as the guest. Encourage men everywhere to come and participat­e and feel empowered to get the job done for Christ’s sake. Lunch will be served and everyone is invited to attend.

Curry Chapel AME Church: Pastor’s Appreciati­on to be held at 11 a.m. Sunday at the church. Speaker will be Minister April Billings. Lunch will be served.

St. Mark United Methodist Church: Will host the monthly First Sunday Breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Sunday at the church, 2010 W. Hillsboro, El Dorado. Guests are invited to come share breakfast and fellowship with us.

Church of Love: Daughters of Destiny Outreach Ministry will meet at 6 p.m. Monday at 803 E. Main, El Dorado. All women are invited to attend. This is a non-denominati­onal ministry. The facilitato­r is Jennifer Hamilton.

Parkers Chapel First Baptist Church: Revival Services will be held Sunday through Wednesday beginning Sunday at 10:45 a.m. and 7 p.m. MondayWedn­esday will be 7 p.m. nightly. Nursery will be provided. Guest speaker will be Dr. Gregory Frizzell and worship leader will be Cliff Preston.

New Beginning C.O.G.I.C.: Annual First Lady Day honoring MSN Delores Hayes will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the church, 804 S. College Ave., El Dorado. Host pastor is Supt. Herman Hayes and guest speaker will be Lady Evelyn Paige. Guest church will be New Life C.O.G.I.C. of Waldo.

Macedonia Baptist Church: Will not be having annual Homecoming services or Revival services the week of Aug. 12 due to ongoing church renovation­s. Homecoming services will be reschedule­d at a later date.
