Funeral services for John Earl Ellis, 73, a native of Marion, Louisiana will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Willie Davis Jr. Recreation Center in Farmerville, Louisiana with the Rev. Irving officiating. Interment will follow at the Meridian Cemetery in Marion, Louisiana. Visitation will be held Friday from 2 until 6 p.m. at the Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville. Funeral for Paul Oliver Long, 92, of El Dorado, will be held at 2 p.m. today at West Side Baptist Church with the Rev. Gerald Perry and the Rev. Raymon Carneal officiating. Burial will follow at Smackover Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors with military honors provided by the U. S. Navy.

Funeral for Dorothy J. Manning, who died Sunday, September 9, 2018 in Magnolia, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 15, 2018, the AC Henderson Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Mickey Manning officiating. Burial will follow at Damascus Cemetery in Village under the direction of Henderson Funeral Service.
