With medalist Nathan Ahlers firing a one-under-par 70, Hot Springs Lakeside won the title with a score of 295.

Benton was second at 307.

On the girls side, the top three teams were separated by just 17 shots.

Gabrien Parker had a 91 for El Dorado, who had a team score of 287.

Aubrey Marx had a 97 with Emma Gaul chipping in with a 99 for EHS.

Claire Van Sickle rounded out the Lady Wildcats with a 114.

Sheridan won the title with a team score of 270 with Hot Springs Lakeside finishing four strokes off the pace.

Hot Springs Lakeside’s Abbylea Huett was the medalist with a 77.

“I’m extremely proud of both of my teams today,” said El Dorado coach Chris Ezell. “This is the first time qualifying as a team for state in a few years and we have a lot of young players in the program. Four players had their best efforts of the season today on the biggest stage, and I hope that gives them a big boost of confidence heading into the state tournament.”
