Notes: Maybe this one should be played at a carnival, because both teams have had rollercoaster seasons. Coming off a bye week and a big win at Ole Miss two weeks ago, Auburn is riding high while the Aggies are rolling downhill after a loss at Mississippi State. Who will have the most fun on the ride this week?

NO. 6 GEORGIA (7-1, 5-1) AT NO. 11 KENTUCKY (7-1, 5-1) When: 3:30 p.m. Saturday Where: Lexington, Ky.

Notes: Yoo hoo, over here. Look over here! A game equally as important as Alabama-LSU will come in Kentucky’s biggest game in years when it hosts Georgia for the SEC East title. It’s likely being overlooked partly because Georgia is expected to win big and partly because it’s not Kentucky basketball. But still, it’s a big game.

LOUISIANA TECH (6-2) AT NO. 21 MISSISSIPPI STATE (5-3, 2-3) When: 7:30 p.m. Saturday Where: Starkville, Miss.

Notes: Mississippi State is coming off its most impressive win of the season when it rolled past Texas A&M last week. But remember when the Cajun Bulldogs only trailed LSU 24-21 in the fourth quarter earlier this season? This is not a game for Mississippi State to look past despite Alabama coming up the following week.
