Corrective actions were taken.

El Dorado Latin Market, 401 W. Hillsboro St., El Dorado, observed the restroom was out of single use paper towels. Corrective actions was taken.

McDonald’s Resturant, 1730 N. West Ave., El Dorado, observed paper towel dispenser jammed, employees not able to dry hands. Observed the hand soap dispenser empty. A hand washing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. Corrective actions were taken.

Stop in Food Mart, 1106 E. Hillsboro St., El Dorado, observed no date marking on open deli meat. Corrective action was taken.
