Lenora Sue Kelley, 85 of Louann passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at her residence.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. today at the Fairview United Methodist Church in Camden. A reception for family and friends will follow in the Fellowship Hall.

Barbara Futch Scurlock, 80, of El Dorado, passed away, Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. today at the First United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Waldo Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors. JULIA J. SMITH
Julia Jeanette Smith, longtime resident of El Dorado, AR, passed away at the age of 96 years on March 20, 2019 in Fayetteville, AR.
The family will receive friends Monday, March 24, 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Young’s Funeral Home, 508 Champagnolle Road, El Dorado, Arkansas. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 25, 10:00 am at Parkview Baptist Church, 608 West 8th Street, El Dorado. Pastor Lawrence Harrison is officiating the service. Interment will follow at the Arlington Memorial Cemetery, 702 N Mosby Avenue, El Dorado.

Obituaries ESTER S. GAMMILL
Ester Shilling Gammill passes away on February 19,
2019 at the age of 94.
She was born in Eldorado Arkansas on 11-24-1924, to Max and Emma shilling. She was loving wife to her husband Gerald Gammill who predeceased her.
She is survived by her daughter Gaylen Gammill, her son and daughter-in-law, Glen and Kara Gammill and five grandchildren.
She lived a wonderful life and was very loved.
A graveside services will be held at Arlington Cemetery on March 30th at 10:00 a.m.

JEROME LEWIS
The Eye Doctor Man
Jerome Lewis was born on April 1, 1958 in Des Moines, Iowa to Buck and Annie Lewis. He passed on Monday, March 18, 2019.
Jerome attended Scott Elementary, Woodrow Wilson Jr. High, and Des Moines Technical High School. Jerome went on to attend the University of Iowa and Durham Community College in North Carolina, where he received various degrees in opticianry. He worked at various major chain stores in the optical department, including Walmart in El Dorado for years. He was affectionately known as the
“Eye Doctor Man.” Jerome was preceded in death by his mother, Annie, father Buck, and stepdaughter Tabatha.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 22, 2019 and the family hour from 6:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m. at Sims Mortuary. Funeral services will be at 12 noon on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Spearsville. Interment will be at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery under the direction of Sims Mortuary.
