Louisiana Tech to cap regular season against Charlotte.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Louisiana Tech will wrap up its regular season Saturday when the Lady Techsters face Western Kentucky at E.A. Diddle Arena at 2 p.m.

Louisiana Tech (1414, 6-11) is coming off a 69-30 win over Texas-San Antonio Thursday night in San Antonio in a game that the Lady Techsters led from start to finish.

Louisiana Tech held the Roadrunner­s to the 10th fewest points ever scored in a game in program history and the 39-point margin of victory was the largest in a league game since joining Conference USA in 2013.

The Lady Techsters have won four of their last seven during this current stretch with the three losses coming by two points, two points and in overtime to the defending Conference

USA champions.

Amber Dixon (12.3 ppg, 80 assists), Keiunna Walker (10.9 ppg, 43 steals), Grayson Bright (9.4 ppg, 4.8 rpg) and Raizel Guinto (8.4 ppg, 81 assists) continue to pace the Lady Techsters offensivel­y. Anna Larr Roberson and Bri Harris each pulled down 10 rebounds in the win over Texas-San Antonio.

Western Kentucky (21-7, 13-4 C-USA) is currently in third place in the Conference USA standings following a 71-60 win over Charlotte on Thursday night. Raneem Elgedawy (17.8 ppg, 11.1 rpg), Dee Givens (16.2 ppg, 5.0 rpg), and Whitney Creech (13.8 ppg) form one of the top scoring trios in Conference USA.

The Lady Toppers defeated Louisiana Tech 84-75 in Ruston back on Feb. 6. Louisiana Tech leads the all time series 26-21.
