Latest El Dorado Insider highlights 50 things to do in the city this summer The latest edition of the El Dorado

Insider, the city’s quarterly magazine, is now available.

The Insider experienced some delays due to the large number of event cancellations and postponements over the past several weeks. However, publisher Don Hale says the magazine still serves as a great reminder of all the city has to offer as life returns to normal.

“Our Spring/Summer 2020 Insider explores 50 of the things no resident or visitor should miss in our great city — from summer concerts to great eats,” Hale said. “We hope this edition will encourage everyone who has spent the past two months homebound to look forward to a summertime full of fun in El Dorado.”

The “50 Things to Do In El Dorado” list starts off the count with the Murphy Arts District, which is looking ahead to MusicFest this fall with the recent addition of Snoop Dogg as the headliner, as well Avett Brothers in August and Allman Betts Band in September.

From there, the issue continues to explore the many different events, places and attractions that are unique to El Dorado. Many of the events in the publication are set to occur this summer and fall and it is suggested that readers check with event planners to confirm dates before attending.

Copies of the magazine are available at the El Dorado – Union County Chamber of Commerce and Arkansas Welcome Centers throughout the state. However, with some restrictions still in place, those interested should check with the outlets before visiting. The El Dorado Insider is also available online at eldoradoinsider. com.
