WAYNE H. CLEMENTS
Wayne H. Clements, 73, of Camden, AR passed away Monday, December 7, 2020 at the Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden, AR
He was born October 23, 1947 in Bradley County, AR to James Clements and Naomi Mobley Clements.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Kenneth Clements, Jerry Clements and Bobby Jo Clements, one sister, Maxine Brown and his mother-in-law, Faye Hux.
Wayne was of the Methodist faith. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a decorated Vietnam Veteran and who finely received his metals in 2019. He was a devoted husband and father and before his bad health of several years he loved to hunt, fish and garden which was his passion. He never met a stranger and loved to tell stories and always had a smile on his face.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Wanda Hux Clements, two daughters, Stephanie Clements of Texarkana, AR, and Tonya Clements of Benton, AR, two granddaughters, three great grandchildren, a very special niece, Karen Nobles and husband Charlie of Roland, OK, one sister, Juanita Branson of Dumas, AR, two brothers-in-law, Marvin Hux and wife Beverly, Kevin Hux and wife Kaye, one sister-in-law, Linda Love and husband David, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Memorial graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Olive Branch Cemetery near Junction City, AR, with Rev. Myron Ford officiating. Inurnment to follow under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado, AR.
