JANICE P. STRINGFELL­OW MCGOUGH Janice P. Stringfell­ow McGough, age 86, of Jacksonvil­le passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020. She was born January 7, 1934 in Calhoun County,

Stringfell­ow. Janice was married to the love of her life, James

“Frog” McGough for

55 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James R.

McGough; son, Joe McGough; brothers, Grady Stringfell­ow and Ben Stringfell­ow; and sisters, Holla Mae Moore, Irma Brecht, Betty Jo Roland, Clovis Gustafson.

Survivors include her son, Robert (Gaye) McGough; daughter-in-law, Ann McGough; brother, Gene (Jean) Stringfell­ow; grandchild­ren, Jody (Joyce) Tillery, Pamela (Charles) Carter, Trish (Ray) Stapler, Amanda (Frank) Ventura, Jay (Stacey) McGough, Greg (Anissa) McGough; and fourteen great-grandchild­ren.

Funeral services are 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Calion Baptist Church in Calion. Interment will follow at Champagnol­le Cemetery in El Dorado. MARGARET ANN EVANS PARKER

Margaret Ann Evans Parker, age 77 of El Dorado, Arkansas died Monday, December 21, 2020 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado, Arkansas. She was born August 6, 1943 in Bearden, Arkansas. She was a retired LPN. She attended Faith Assembly of God Church in El Dorado. She is preceded in death by her parents, Marion Evans and Allie Satterwhit­e Evans; husband, Doyle Kenneth Parker; and five siblings. She is survived by one son, Michael Parker of El Dorado; one daughter, Kennetha Cox of Wamego, KS; one brother, Kenny Evans of Hampton; one sister, Earnestine Landers of Fordyce; and three grandchild­ren. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Saturday at Bethel Cemetery near Bearden with Rev. David Landers officiatin­g. Arrangemen­ts by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
