HOLLY MARIE BOWDEN

Holly Marie Bowden, 54 of Smackover, AR; died on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at her home in Smackover.

Holly was born on December 26, 1966 in El Dorado, AR ; she was the daughter of Johnny and Mary Ann Peace Spitler. A homemaker, Holly had worked as a preschool teacher in the Smackover School District. She enjoyed fishing, reading and time with her family.

Holly was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Delana Dee Jackson.

Survivors are her spouse Tommy Slaughter of Smackover; sons Stefan Slaughter and Kyle (Pamalla) Bowden and their son Samuel.

Cremation Services were provided by Youngs Funeral Directors. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.

CAROL “GRANNY” ELLEN BRYANT HARRELL Carol “Granny” Ellen Bryant Harrell, 74, passed away December 25th, 2020, in El Dorado, Arkansas.

She was born June 18th, 1946 to Orville Fred Bailey and Evelynn Ruth Bailey in

El Dorado, Arkansas.

Carol was a hairdresse­r, owning her own business and was a member of

Hickory Grove Chapel.

Preceded in death by her first husband RC Bryant; father Orville Fred Bailey and mother Evelynn Ruth

Bailey; sister Darlene

Briggs.

Survivors include her husband Larry Harrell; daughters Sylvia Rainwater and husband (Scotty) of El

Dorado, AR and Lisa Hansen and husband (Ronald) of El Dorado, AR; grandchild­ren Ryan Lee Rainwater (Kristi), Richard Kyle Rainwater (Jodie), Andrew James Jones (Carlee) and SSgt. Mathew Evans Jones, USAF; great grandchild­ren McKenzie Lee Rainwater, Ayden Rainwater, Ollie Rainwater, Eli Rainwater, Silas Rainwater Carmen Jones, Adyson Jones, and brother Edward Bailey and wife Pam of Flint, TX; sisters Linda McCuistion of El Dorado, Marie Nelson and her husband Ned of Parkers Chapel and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of other relatives and friends; step-kids Steve Harrell (Kathy), Bill Harrell (Tavia), Leah Reed (Mark) Kara Foreman (Travis) and Stacy Forrester (Randy) step grandchild­ren Hailey and Hannah and several others.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 28th, 2020 at Old Parkers Chapel Cemetery with Adam Willett officiatin­g under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
