Houston Nutt guest speaker for SAU Tech Rocketnight
The Southern Arkansas University Tech Foundation is celebrating SAU Tech’s Rocket Athletics and the students who make SAU Tech the Home of the Rockets!
The event is a time for donors, supporters, students, and athletes to come together and celebrate the success of the past academic year. The event is also a fundraiser, with proceeds going to fund the SAU Tech Scholars Program.
Tickets are available for the event, which includes dinner and admission. The speaker for the evening is Houston Nutt, former Arkansas Razorbacks coach and three time SEC Coach of the Year. Nutt’s teams won three SEC Western Division titles and Nutt coached in two SEC Championship games. He was also recognized as the Eddie Robinson Division 1-AA Coach of the Year.
SAU Tech hopes to celebrate all the good things that are happening at the college and in the community. Attendees should be ready to participate in our live auction during the event!
Rocketnight will be held at the SAU Tech Student Center on Saturday, April 24 at 6:30 p.m. General admission tickets are $25 or $200 for a table for eight; VIP tickets are $65 or $500 for a table for eight. Student tickets are $10 and SAU Tech employee tickets are $20.
The price of admission includes a meal catered by Jana and Weston Woods.
ALL VIP ticket holders are invited to a meet and greet with Houston Nutt with beverages and hors d’oeuvre prior to the main event.
