MARLON DEAN LOWERY
Marlon Dean Lowery, 78, of El Dorado passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 surrounded by his wife and daughters.
He was born February 26,
1943 to the late Herman
Gordon Lowery and Adele
Elizabeth Hill Lowery.
He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Marlon
(Bo) Dean Lowery Jr.; sisters Vernell Rainwater,
Dorothy Gartizer, and Faye
Murray
Marlon spent most of his life working at L & R
Contractors with his best friend Leon Rainwater.
He loved fishing, camping, boating, cruising and spending time with his friends and family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be missed by everyone that knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Alice Lowery of El Dorado; daughters, Amanda Golden of El Dorado, Kristi Hillis (Tim) of Alamosa, Colorado, Taffy Vickers (Tommy Harrington) of White Oak, Arkansas and Robin Hughes (Dan Brown) of California, Kristie Hudson of El Dorado; grandchildren, Kyra, Asia and Kyron Jones and Jordan Bush of El Dorado, Tayleur, Kolten, Kacey and Kennedy Hillis of Alamosa, Colorado, Brittany Hardvarger (JC), Stephanie Hunter (Dave), Vanessa Wilkerson (Eric), Allen Sinclair, Johnathon Denune , Josh Hudson (Holly) and Madison Parker (Jesse); brothers, Dwayne and Jo Lowery of Lake Erling, Arkansas, Keith Lowery (Patty) of Jackson, Tennessee and sister, Margie Keck of Grenada, Mississippi along with numerous great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held 2:00PM, September 3, 2021 at Perry’s Funeral Chapels with Bro. Duane Amis officiating.
