Spectacular shot

Bidwell relinquished a couple of aces last week. Jeff Hemmingsen proceeded to ace the 172yard, 12th hole for his first career hole-in-one. Witnessing Hemmingsen’s perfect tee shot were Mike Higginson, Jim Reams and John Wirt.

And then there is the one-and-only Don Cummings, older than me and probably still walking the course. Cummings chalked up his sixth holein-one on the fourth hole at Bidwell. Ken Jensen, Vance Parker and Rich Pasco attested to Cummings’ perfect 101-yard tee shot disappear into the cup.
