Perry Road, Magalia: A person who found a lost dog was reported to give the dog away to another person without permission while knowing it belonged to another owner.
Nord Avenue, Chico: A person was reported to have stolen a Jeep top cover and broke into surrounding vehicles.
Lower Wyandotte Road, Oroville: A John Deer riding lawn mower was stolen that had been present the day before.
