Did US create the path to Ukraine War?

-

It bears repeating, Ukraine would not be in a destructive, civilization-defying war today if Victoria Nuland from the US State Department hadn’t so efficiently set the path for it in 2013-14. (Google: Victoria Nuland; Maidan Revolution; overheard telephone call)

Nuland worked with Kiev’s ultra-right political parties, Svoboda and Right Sektor, in and around the Maidan Revolution to oust elected President Viktor Yanukovich after he rejected a trade agreement with the EU and recommitted to an existing one with Russia. Yanukovich reasoned the cutbacks in pensions and social services were too high a price.

After Yanukovich was ousted and before a new election could take place, a pro-US, ad-hoc ‘management’ was installed in Kiev which promptly outlawed the Russian language, infuriating eastern Ukraine’s, majority Russian-ethnic peoples of the Donbas region (Luhansk and Donetsk). They rose en masse in protest and passed a referendum to return to Russia (where Ukraine had been until the fall of the Soviet Union 1991).

Ordinary Ukrainian soldiers in 2015 didn’t want to take back the eastern Donbas area by military force, as Kiev ordered, and kill ‘brothers’ there. Thus, Kiev, with US’ urging, allowed long-forbidden, Right-Sektor-financed, neoNazi Azov fighting units into their military. For eight years, the Azovs relished attacking, killing and making life miserable for ‘unter-menschen’ ethnic-Russians, in spite of the OSCE Minsk Ceasefire Agreement all sides had signed in 2015 …. AND against Zelensky’s specific 2019 order for Azovs to stop attacking Mariupol. (Google:Zelensky/capitulation/Nazis)

There can be no peace in Ukraine with Nazis in power.
