So-simple pasta toss

I just cook up a box of penne pasta according to the box instructio­ns. Then I halve 1 cup of grape tomatoes and toss them in a bowl with the penne, 1⁄ cup of cooked peas

2 and 1⁄ cup of fava beans. To finish,

2 I drizzle the mix with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil. It’s delicious as a light lunch but I also serve it as a side with dinner and it always gets rave reviews!”
