Oatmeal In a saucepan, heat

1⁄2 cup oats, 1⁄2 cup frozen berries and ⁄4 cup water or almond milk,

3 stirring until thick and creamy. Garnish with additional berries.

dinner

Hearty stew In a pot, brown 4 oz. cubed bison. Add 2 cups beef bone broth, 1 Tbs. tomato paste and 1⁄2 cup each frozen peas and diced carrots. Simmer until veggies are soft.
