Broccoli-Herb Fusilli

8 oz. dried fusilli pasta 3 cups broccoli florets 1 small onion, diced

2 tsp. minced fresh garlic 12 oz. cooked chicken or

turkey breast, cubed

1 (14.5 oz.) can crushed

tomatoes with basil 1 (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes 1 tsp. dried oregano

1⁄2 cup shredded Italian

cheese blend

This veggie-packed dish is a great way to transform leftover roast chicken or turkey into a hearty budget-friendly dinner for four

Heat oven to 425°F. Cook pasta as according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 3 min. Drain. Transfer to 2 qt. baking dish.

In large skillet, sauté onion and garlic in cooking spray 5 min. Add next 4 ingredient­s; simmer 5 min. Season to taste. Pour sauce into baking dish; stir to coat. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until top is starting to brown.
