Citrus Honey Roasted Pears

4 medium pears, peeled, cored and halved

2 Tbs. sugar substitute, like Monk Fruit in the Raw 4 Tbs. honey

1 sprig rosemary

1 (1") strip orange peel

1 (1") strip lemon peel Heat oven to 400°F. In 1 qt. baking dish, arrange pears in single layer. In small saucepan, combine sugar substitute, honey, rosemary, orange peel and lemon peel with 1 cup water. Bring to a boil; stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Pour over pears; bake 10 min. or until pears are fork-tender. Serve drizzled with pan syrup and cinnamon, if desired.
