Boiling up fresh vegetables from the garden is an easy way to get a nutritious side dish on the table fast, but it can be a bit bland. To jazz up the flavor sans any added fat or calories, simply steep a tea bag in the boiling water as the veggies cook. (Any herbal, green or black tea will work.)
