Toasted Sesame Cucumber Salad

No rice vinegar on hand? Sub in
1⁄4 cup of prepared sesame-ginger dressing for the vinaigrette
2 Tbs. rice wine vinegar
2 tsp. granulated sugar
11⁄2 tsp. toasted sesame oil 3 cups salad greens
1⁄2 cup sliced radish
1⁄2 cup halved grape tomatoes 1⁄4 cup sliced red onions 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
