Lovely Ladybug Pancakes

1 (10.7 oz.) pkg. glutenfree pancake mix, like Simple Mills

4 kiwis, peeled and sliced 4 cups strawberri­es,

thinly sliced

1⁄3 cup mini chocolate

chips

6 blueberrie­s

2 pieces black licorice

Prepare pancake mix as package directs. Place large skillet over medium-high heat. When pan is hot, coat with cooking spray. Pour

1⁄3 cup batter into pan to form each pancake, making half more oblong. Cook on one side until lightly browned; flip and cook 2 min. more or until done. Repeat with remaining batter.

2 Arrange 1 oblong pancake and one round pancake on each of 4 plates. Cut top pancake in half and spread out slightly to form wings. Arrange kiwi slices around perimeter of pancakes.

3 Arrange strawberry slices over the top of pancake wings. Dot with chocolate chips for spots. Place blueberrie­s at the top of oblong pancake to form eyes. Cut licorice into 8 pieces; use to form antennas.
