Energy-boosting cheese sauce

Nutritiona­l yeast can be used to make a sauce rich in the B vitamins that convert fat into energy. To make: In a pan, whisk 3⁄4 cup of unsweetene­d almond milk, 1 Tbs. of flour and 6 Tbs. of nutritiona­l yeast. Once thickened, remove from heat and add 1⁄2 tsp. of mustard powder and pepper to taste.
