Simple trick to speed slimming

-

Diet success may start with your outlook on social media, say scientists at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. They analyzed more than 2 million tweets and 100,000 entries on the smartphone app MyFitnessPal posted by 700 people. What they found: People whose health updates were upbeat and future-focused, like “Cheers to the start of a new chapter!” were 77 percent more likely to stick to diet goals than those whose posts were negative, like “Feeling dead tired and it’s only Monday,” or those who didn’t share any updates. The authors say sharing goals positively on social media is a powerful source of motivation and support.
