Deluxe Buttermilk Ranch Burgers

Piled high with tangy bruschetta and creamy ranch, these wow-worthy burgers set the stage for a mouthwatering outdoor meal the whole family will love
8 oz. cremini mushrooms, minced 11⁄2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 Tbs. minced scallions
2 Tbs. minced fresh oregano
1 cup ranch dressing, divided
6 hamburger buns, toasted
Zesty Bruschetta*
Pepper Relish** 1 In bowl, mix first 4 ingredients and 1⁄4 cup ranch dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Form 6 patties.
2 Heat grill to medium. Grill patties 8 min. or to desired doneness, turning
once. Serve on buns with remaining ranch, bruschetta and relish.
*For Zesty Bruschetta: Sauté 1 tsp. minced garlic in 2 Tbs. oil. Add 1⁄4 cup vinegar and 1 Tbs. brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Toss with 12 halved cherry tomatoes, 11⁄ cups sliced onions, 1 Tbs.
2 diced peppers and 2 Tbs. basil. Chill.
