Grilled Tomatoes with Corn- Scallion Hash

Smoky bacon and earthy thyme enhance the natural sweetness of in-season corn and tomatoes 6 medium tomatoes
2 strips bacon, chopped
2 cups corn (about 2 ears)
1⁄3 cup minced scallions
1 tsp. minced fresh thyme
1⁄ –1⁄4 tsp. all-purpose seasoning 8
salt, like Morton
1 Heat grill. Slice tops off tomatoes. Using melon baller, remove seeds and flesh from tomatoes. Dice tomato tops and flesh; set aside. Coat tomatoes with cooking spray. Place, top side down, on grill. Grill 2 min. or until grill marks appear on tomatoes. Remove tomatoes from grill; let cool on platter.
2 In skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, cook bacon 5 to 8 min. or until crisp. Add tomato flesh, corn, scallions, thyme and seasoning salt; cook 2 to 3 min. or until corn is tender, stirring occasionally.
