Grace each plate with a blooming circlet

A band of blooms slipped around a napkin makes guests feel extra special. To do: For each, cut 15 to 20 pink seasonal flowers (like the fuchsia shown here) to 1 inch. Pierce a 10" length of floral wire through the base of each bloom and twist the wire ends together to form a circlet. To finish, slip a rolled napkin through the circlet.
