These skew­ers dou­ble as an el­e­gant starter to pass around dur­ing cock­tail hour or a fla­vor­ful light lunch 16 bite-size moz­zarella balls 1 (6 oz.) jar mar­i­nated

ar­ti­choke hearts 16 pep­padews

8 pieces salami, halved

2 Tbs. bal­samic glaze

1 Tbs. olive oil

1⁄2 tsp. dried oregano 1 Thread moz­zarella, ar­ti­choke hearts, pep­padews and salami onto 8 wooden skew­ers, al­ter­nat­ing in­gre­di­ents as de­sired. Sea­son to taste with salt and pep­per. Driz­zle with bal­samic glaze and olive oil; sprin­kle with oregano just be­fore serv­ing.

2 In bowl, mix re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents; sprin­kle over cau­li­flower. Re­turn to over; roast 5 min. more.
