Balsamic-Drizzled Antipasto Skewers

These skewers double as an elegant starter to pass around during cocktail hour or a flavorful light lunch 16 bite-size mozzarella balls 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated
artichoke hearts 16 peppadews
8 pieces salami, halved
2 Tbs. balsamic glaze
1 Tbs. olive oil
1⁄2 tsp. dried oregano 1 Thread mozzarella, artichoke hearts, peppadews and salami onto 8 wooden skewers, alternating ingredients as desired. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil; sprinkle with oregano just before serving.
2 In bowl, mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over cauliflower. Return to over; roast 5 min. more.
