1⁄4 cup hot chili sauce,

like Sriracha

1⁄2 cup honey

1 Tbs. minced fresh thyme 2 lbs. chicken drumsticks 2 cups low-sodium

chicken stock These chicken legs can be readied the night before, so all you have to do a few hours pre-party is plug in your cooker

In bowl, whisk first 7 ingredient­s. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add drumsticks; toss to coat. Cover; place in refrigerat­or to marinate at least 1 hr. or overnight.

In slow cooker, combine chicken with marinade and chicken stock. Cover; cook on high 4 to 6 hrs.
