Fun game for curious pets

Baking for the holidays means more time in the kitchen, which also means more time with your furry friend underfoot, begging to be your taste tester. To keep her busy and out of your way, make her a simple food puzzle: Fill a few plastic cups with bits of kibble and a treat or two, then stack the cups on top of one another. The more cups you use, the longer it will take your sweetie to pull them apart and get all her food, freeing you up to get your baking done. (Just keep an eye on your pet if she’s the type to bite through the plastic.)
