Ready for an adventure

Munich, Germany—Meet Quintana, the feisty polar bear cub currently warming the hearts of visitors at Hellabrunn Zoo. The youngster has proven to be quite the explorer since she wandered out of her den for the first time: Besides frolicking around her enclosure and finding tasty snacks to munch on, Quintana loves splashing around her pool. And thanks to her thick fur and black skin (which absorbs sunlight), the sweetie can still have fun outside even on the chilliest of days.
