1 ap­ple-fla­vored tea bag 1 Tbs. ap­ple cider vine­gar 1 Tbs. raw honey

1⁄2 Red De­li­cious ap­ple,

thinly sliced

In heat­proof mug, steep tea bag in 8 oz. hot wa­ter 3 min. Re­move bag; stir in vine­gar and honey. Add ap­ple slices. Gar­nish with rosemary and a cin­na­mon stick, if de­sired.
