1⁄2 tsp. fresh grated gin­ger 1 Tbs. ap­ple cider vine­gar 1 lime, juiced In glass with ice, com­bine first 4 in­gre­di­ents and 1 tsp. lime juice; stir well. Gar­nish with a slice of lime and mint sprig, if de­sired.
