Morning prayer

“Every single morning, I’m up early. I love sunrises and I don’t need the rest,” says Kathie Lee. “I’m usually in my chair in my favorite room in the house. I’m here praying for an hour. Then I get the coffeepot going and the puppy is here with me. I light my candles and start the fires again and I study the word of God. I do five of Sarah Young’s beautiful Jesus Calling devotions and I do some other devotionals. This is the tenth year in a row that I’ve done the Tyndale House Bible in a year. Then I’m ready to do everything else I need to do.”
