Instead of commercial food coloring, which is linked to brain fog and fatigue, try this to color all your St. Patrick’s Day treats: In a blender, puree 1 cup of thawed and drained frozen spinach and 3 Tbs. of water; press through a mesh strainer. Add 1 tsp. at a time to frosting or dough to tint to desired hue.
