DIY “hunting box” for Fido
Your pup is tired of spending his days indoors, so he’s chewing on your shoes and other off-limits items. To give him a better outlet for all that pentup energy, make mealtime more fun with a puzzle feeder, which encourages your pal’s natural foraging skills. But instead of buying one for $20 or more at the pet store, consider making your own. Just toss pieces of kibble into the compartments of an old craft organizer and cover each with balls or other toys. Moving the balls around to get the food out from under will keep your pal mentally engaged and stimulated so he’ll forget all about making mischief.
