No screwdriver handy? Use this!

You finally picked up a new towel hook for the powder room, but when you go to install it, you can’t find your Phillips-head screwdriver anywhere. The in-a-pinch swap that works just as well: a vegetable peeler. Just insert the tip of the kitchen staple into the head of the screw (as you would a screwdriver) and turn clockwise to tighten. The veggie peeler’s curved edge fits snuggly into the head of the screw so you can get the job done.
