If you tend to have a hard time getting giant horse pills to go down, try this simple trick: Place the pill on your tongue and take a sip of water, then tilt your chin toward your chest and swallow with your head in this position. The forward nod forces the pill to float toward the back of your throat, making it easier to swallow.
