Layered CaramelApp­le Parfaits

These sweet cups deliver all the flavor of fresh baked apple pie but take half the time to make!

1 cup rolled oats

1⁄4 cup chopped pecans 1⁄3 cup brown sugar

1⁄2 stick butter, melted

1 tsp. apple pie spice 1 apple, diced

1 cup heavy cream 1 tsp. vanilla extract

1⁄4 cup granulated sugar 1⁄2 cup caramel sauce

1 Heat oven to 325°F. In bowl, toss oats, pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, apple pie spice and diced apple. Spread onto parchment-lined baking sheet in single layer. Bake 1 hr. or until toasted, stirring every 20 min.

2 With electric mixer on high speed, beat heavy cream, vanilla and sugar 3 min. or until peaks form. Spoon

1⁄4 cup whipped cream into the bottom of six (4 oz.) dessert glasses. Spoon 2 tsp. caramel over cream; top with
