Spiced Eggnog Cupcakes
With eggnog in the batter and the frosting, these mix-easy bites are doubly delicious. To make: Prepare 1 (15.25 oz.) pkg. spice or yellow cake mix according to box directions for 24 cupcakes, replacing water with 1 cup eggnog; cool. Beat 1 cup butter, 3 cups confectioners’ sugar and 2 Tbs. eggnog until fluffy. Pipe onto cupcakes. Serves 24
