Following the largest restoration project of its kind in Ireland, Adare Manor (opening in September) is reemerging as a fully regal residence. The designers have added a spa, a swimming pool, a wing of guest rooms and a Tom Fazio-designed golf course on the 842-acre estate. As the new owners also manage Sandy Lane in Barbados, it’s a good bet they’ll get the service right, too.
