IN WHAT ONCE WOULD have been regarded as heresy, Porsche introduces a new station wagon version—make that a “shooting brake,” in European carspeak— of the Panamera for 2018. Coming with all-wheel drive, the Panamera Sport Turismo offers a choice of four powertrains, including a gas/electric plug-in hybrid with a combined output of 462 hp. Oh, and there’s a generous 45.7 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seatbacks folded flat.
