Build­ing on the ac­tivist tra­di­tion of con­scious­ness-rais­ing groups, each month Charis Books and More in­vites com­mu­nity mem­bers to join The Per­sonal is Po­lit­i­cal, a lightly fa­cil­i­tated group to talk about is­sues in their per­sonal lives or in so­ci­ety as a whole that they are try­ing to process or de­con­struct.
