Black Gay Pride Weekend Rundown

Every year during Labor Day weekend, Atlanta’s Black LGBTQ community comes together to celebrate, party, and honor the community’s rich history and activism. This year, organizati­ons like Atlanta Black Pride, Pure Heat, and In The Life are bringing back their most popular events. So, clear your schedule and get ready to PARTY! 7–10pm

Central Park

Atlanta Black Pride celebrates 25 years with a free two-day outdoor festival with live musical performanc­es on two stages, arts, food, celebrity guests, and more! Learn more about this event and others at AtlantaBla­ckPride.org.

Piedmont Park

This festival brings together Atlanta’s Black LGBTQ community and its allies with competitio­n, entertainm­ent, and education. The event includes food vendors, celebrity guests, local performers, dance competitio­ns, giveaways, and live hair battles.
