Satya Nadella is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft. Before being named CEO in February 2014, Nadella held leadership roles in enterprise and consumer businesses. Joining Microsoft in 1992, he quickly became known as a leader who could span a breadth of technologies and businesses to transform some of Microsoft’s most extensive product offerings. In 2022, he aims to support inclusive economic growth, and in order to do that, he feels that they must ensure that the growth they drive must reach every person, organization, community, and country. Nadella aims to achieve this goal by increasing access to digital skills and helping people prepare better and connect to jobs. Microsoft has committed to equipping 10 million people from underserved communities with skills for employment in the digital economy by 2025.
