McCARTNEY ADMITS HE CAN’T RECALL BEATLES’ HITS

-

MUSIC icon Paul McCartney has confirmed GLOBE’s shocking report that he can’t remember the lyrics to “many” Beatles’ songs.

The 76-year-old pop superstar fessed up that he’s forgotten the Fab Four’s classic tunes because there are “too many” and relearns them before concerts.

“When I’m doing shows I listen to a lotta music, Beatles music, Wings music, to see what ones we’re gonna do. And to learn them,” he confesses.

As GLOBE reported Oct. 1, the Yesterday singer’s forgetfulness of his lyrics left pals fearing he was suffering the onset of Alzheimer’s.

But the maker of 38 Beatles and post-Beatles studio albums claims he forgets because of the sheer volume.

“There’s too many,” says Paul. “Too many words. Too many notes. They’re very hard. I mean, you know, it’s not like they’re all three chords.”
