SEX FIEND COSBY’S NEW DAY IN COURT
PERVY prison inmate Bill Cosby can appeal his 2018 sexual assault conviction!
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has agreed to review two aspects of the case the fallen funnyman is challenging.
The first issue is the trial judge’s decision to allow prosecutors to call five other accusers and introduce evidence Cosby had given them quaaludes in a pattern similar to his attack on Andrea Constand.
The court will also consider Cosby’s agreement with a former prosecutor who promised the show-biz legend would never face criminal charges in the Constand case when he testified under oath in a civil proceeding brought by the Temple University women’s sports executive.
Cosby says he relied on that promise before mately used to convict him in criminal court. The disgraced sitcom star, 82, is currently serving a three- to ten-year sentence after the jury at a second trial found him guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting Constand. His first trial, in 2017, ended with the jury deadlocked.
A spokesman for Cosby says the blind former TV icon is “extremely thankful.”
