HOW TO PROTECT YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD
YOU can help sabotage a terrorist attack during the Fourth of July weekend by keeping a watchful eye on your surroundings and on any suspicious persons lurking in large crowds.
Security expert Paul Huebel notes to especially “be on the lookout for anyone acting nervous or wearing suspicious clothing — like a long woolen coat on a hot summer day.”
Also, IMMEDIATELY report any unusual activity or unattended bags and suitcases to the nearest police officer or worker at a festival, concert or train station.
Experts also advise people to be patient and cooperate with police if they are searching bags when you enter a venue, and never get in the way of any emergency services worker rushing to a scene.
“Say something if you see something,” the FBI urges.
