DOTING QUEEN MADE ANDREW A MONSTER
But pampered prince can’t outrun Epstein scandal & will pay up for first time in his life
NO WONDER Prince Andrew has turned into a disgrace — his doting mom, Queen Elizabeth, raised him to be a pampered, spoiled monster by indulging every whim, especially his cravings for wealth and women!
The 60-year-old prince, who’s ripped the monarchy to shreds with his scandalous link to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s teenage sex slaves, was raised to have no real responsibility
— since big brother
Charles is heir to the throne — and encouraged to follow every selfish desire, palace sources squeal.
“Of her four kids, Andrew was always her favorite,” dishes a royal insider. “No matter what he did, wild parties, crazy spending, Her Majesty let him off the hook.
“He was able to push the boundaries to the limits — and beyond — and get away with it.”
But the queen wasn’t the only one! His movie-star looks and quick smile made Andy adored by the public. Young Andrew was like a rock star in the ’80s — mobbed by girls who screamed and fainted over the “prince charming,” who made Charles look like a weird stick-in-the-mud.
So it’s no surprise he’s now run to his mom begging for another bailout, crying he was put in the poorhouse by paying $15 million in blackmail to kinkster Epstein, insiders say.
But even Elizabeth has finally had enough. She publicly axed his $300,000 yearly allowance, and sources say she’s refusing to write an $8.1 million check so Andrew can avoid eviction after failing to pay the mortgage on his posh chalet!
Trouble follows the disgraceful Duke of York like a dog tracking a bone, according to author Nigel Cawthorne. In his explosive exposé, Prince
Andrew: The End of the Monarchy and Epstein, Cawthorne says Andrew’s temper tantrums and stubbornness led nanny Mabel Anderson to tag him “Baby Grumpling.”
“Andrew … was always getting up to mischief, such as removing all the tubes from Mabel’s radio or tying the sentries’ shoelaces together,” he writes. “Somehow, Andrew was always forgiven — even when he sprinkled itching powder in his mother’s bed or climbed on to the roof of Buckingham Palace to turn the TV antenna so that the queen wouldn’t be able to watch the racing at Sandown Park.”
By age eight, he was a “bit of a bully” at his Heatherdown prep school, says the author. At Scotland’s Gordonstoun boarding school, he was slammed as “boastful, bigheaded” and named “The Sniggerer” for telling dirty jokes.
However, at 16, he was described as “six feet of sex appeal” and mobbed by girls during a visit to Canada for the Montreal Olympics.
A bodyguard claims the prince was always a snotty jerk “throwing things on the ground and demanding [guards] “f***ing pick them up,” says the book.
At the Royal Naval College, a fellow student says, “He played the big ‘I am the prince’ routine, seemed rather arrogant” and was the only one allowed to have a car, notes the book.
In his 20s, he triggered scandals with affairs with nude model Vicki Hodge and actress Koo Stark. But things got worse.
After his ten-year marriage to Sarah Ferguson crashed and burned in scandal in 1996, Andrew met Epstein through the billionaire’s then-mistress Ghislaine Maxwell, daughter of media tycoon Robert Maxwell. Over the next dozen years he partied hardy with the convicted child rapist — even after Epstein served time for sex crimes!
Epstein is believed to have secretly videotaped the prince in compromising positions at his private Caribbean island, Manhattan mansion and New Mexico ranch.
Sources tell GLOBE the randy royal was secretly indicted by a federal grand jury and is facing extradition to the U.S. One of Epstein’s teen slaves, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, claims she was forced to bed the prince when she was just 17. Andrew denies the charge.
But there’s no denying he was also an outrageous spender
— despite having no real income. In 2010, his bill as a royal envoy was $190,000 for hotels and $542,000 for travel with his horde of servants and bodyguards. Sources say he traded his royal status for cash in secretive business deals.
Now the brat’s broke and in danger of going to jail for his links to Epstein, who died under suspicious circumstances in a federal prison cell last August.
“Andrew’s had the most privileged life anyone can imagine,” says the insider. “Sure the queen spoiled him, but really, he’s to blame.
“He’s an arrogant jerk with no sense of shame and will richly deserve what he gets.”
